Replication know-how for everyone
REPLICATION READINESS CHECK
We designed a replication readiness check for organizations that want to self-assess their readiness to replicate their social innovation. This self-assessment introduces you to the most important areas of replication readiness, explains why they matter, and asks you questions on the status of your organization. It is a good first step to better understand the requirements of replication before engaging in the process of designing and setting up a replication model.
It covers the following areas:
- Impact model readiness
- Business model readiness
- Replication strategy readiness
- Replication model readiness
- Cross-border replication readiness
- Organizational capacity readiness
Our R&T readiness check is free for use and can be accessed via the link on the right side. Please note that you will need to have an active Microsoft account with MS forms to duplicate and use the survey. Please reference Ashoka when using the survey internally or externally.
REPLICATION & TRANSFER ONLINE COURSE
The Ashoka Replication & Transfer Course has been created to support social entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers in designing their replication strategy and model. The R&T online course features a video series, a guideline with examples and exercises and videos from social entrepreneurs.
A replication strategy results from finding consistent answers to six key guiding questions:
- Why: Why is it relevant to replicate your social innovation?
- When: When is your organization ready to replicate your social innovation?
- What: Which social innovation will you select for replication?
- How: How will you replicate your social innovation (replication model)
- Who: Who will be involved in the replication process?
- Where: Where will you replicate your social innovation?
